Shipping

Current turn around time is 5-10 business days. Once an item is placed into the hands of the USPS I have no control over shipping times.

If you need an item by a certain date, please reach out to me before ordering so I know to put a rush on it. Items with time constraints may have additional fees.

The Hook Up Crochet Co. is not responsible for items damaged or lost during shipping.

Refunds/Returns

As a small business, I take pride in all products I release and want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order please contact me so we can find a reasonable solution. Returns and refunds are up to the discretion of the seller and buyer will pay shipping for returns if granted.
All pattern sales are final. No returns will be accepted.
